Due to the size, weight, and specialty nature of our handcrafted pizza ovens, all oven sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their oven at the time of delivery. Any visible shipping damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to Di Napoli Pizza Ovens within 48 hours, along with photographs of the oven, packaging, and damaged areas. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.
If an oven arrives damaged or defective, Di Napoli Pizza Ovens will review the claim and, at our discretion and as permitted by applicable law, provide replacement parts, repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to processing, handling, storage, or other costs already incurred.
Because our ovens are handcrafted using natural stone, tile, and other traditional materials, variations in color, texture, pattern, finish, and other minor cosmetic characteristics are natural and are not considered defects.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
